  we like to know things about you. no, not where you went to school.
  more like where we may have heard of you before.
• don't shoot yourself in the foot!
  if you want to impress in packaging go ahead. if it's over the top
  at least we'll get a good laugh out of it.
  so don't kill yourself trying to impress. take us seriously. that's
  all we're asking for...
• no MP3 mailbombs
  sorry. We like records, CDs and even tapes. but MP3s are just so unstylish.
